Born in Paris, France, I am a former reporter who turned to art making when I had to start writing in English instead of French. The secondary language did not satisfy the need for creativity anymore and the language of colors and lines had become more expressive for me. I am a former student of the Washington Studio School in DC and of the Art League in Alexandria, VA. My mentors and models have been Maggie Siner, Martin Campos and Susan O'Neill, all on Instagram. Painting in oil and drawing the figure in ink and charcoal are now my daily passion.
