The 2026 Directory is now available! The AVAST directory is a resource for finding and connecting with Arlington artists year-round. Discover painters, photographers, jewelers, sculptors, printmakers, and ceramists, plus artists in wood, assemblage, video, ink, paper, installation, and collage!

The AVAST tour is held on a fall weekend each year, and offers visitors opportunity to connect with dozens of artists in their studio environments over two days. The 2026 tour will take place the weekend of September 26 and 27.

AVAST hosts art shows and events that promote interaction and deepen the role of art in our community.‍ ‍Coinciding with the 2026 tour, AVAST artists will exhibit their work at Barry Gallery of Marymount University. We also maintain an archive of previous tours, providing annual snapshots of artists in the county.
