Larry is a DC native and formerly attended the Savannah College of Art and Design with studies in Architecture and Illustration. Larry’s career as an architectural illustrator spans over 20 years and continues today on a consultant basis.

His sculpture facilitates his fascination with problem solving, the construction process, and the rendition of materials. The forms are derived from various elements in nature; human anatomy, aquatic life, plants, food or combinations of each.

Each work is an abstract or biomorphic form that plays on positive/negative spatial relations. In some instances, the forms might defy what is physically possible with actual materials and can be repositioned allowing for alternative interpretations.
